STAAR Reports

Your child recently took the STAAR assessment or End of Course Exams (EOC) in March and/or May during the 2016-2017 school year. The results of the STAAR assessment for grades 3 - 8 will be available online on June 14, 2017. The results of the EOC assessment will be available on June 13, 2017.
You may review your child's scores, as well as additional information relating to your child's performance, by going to the website: http://www.texasassessment.com/ and click on For Families.

To see your child's results, you will first need to retrieve your child's unique access code. If you do not have a previous STAAR Report Card with the access code located at the lower bottom portion of the report, click on Where's My Unique Access Code. Then click on Lookup Access Code and enter the information requested: Student's First Name, PEIMS ID (Social Security Number) and Date of Birth.

Type the information required to get the unique access code for your child. Then log into the site using the code. Please keep the access code in a safe place as it can be used to access all future STAAR assessment results for your child.

In order to be considered passing on the EOC assessment, students must earn Approaches / Level II Phase I, Meets / Level II Final, or Masters / Level III. Students must pass all five STAAR EOC exams (English I, English II, Algebra I, Biology, and U.S. History) in order to be considered for graduation under Texas law. Retesting is required for students who Did Not Meet the passing standard.

STAAR EOC retest opportunities will be June 19-23 at Magnolia West High School. Additional information, including the registration link to register for an EOC exam(s), will be available on your child’s high school campus’ webpage.

Elementary campus personnel will be available after July 17th if you need a paper copy of your child's results, additional information or assistance.
