Tardy and Leave Early 
Students are allowed 8 tardy and/or leaves early for the school.  An official doctor's excuse will negate the infraction and not be included in the count.  
When an elementary student is tardy to school and/or leaves early eight times as documented by the attendance office, the parent will be asked to attend a parenting class provided by the District. If the parent chooses not to attend the parenting class within two weeks, the child will be assigned one day of In-School Suspension (ISS) or other options decided by the campus administration.
In the event that a student sees a licensed health care provider and an excuse is provided from the health care professional, the tardy/leave early will not be included in the count.

New Student Registration

New student registration will be from 8-4 pm on August 1 and from 8-6 on August 2. New student registration will be held on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 and Thursday, August 2, 2018 from 8 a.m - 4 p.m. We are looking forward to meeting all of our future Mustangs!

Registration Requirements:
Students who are 5 years old on or before September 1, 2017 can be registered to attend Kindergarten during the 2017 - 2018 school year.

Documents Required for Registration:
* Birth Certificate
* Proof of residency within district
* Current immunization record
* Proof of identification of parent or legal guardian enrolling the student
*Social Security Card (if available)

BBE Reads--Raising Readers One Book at a Time

BBE Reads is a school wide reading program for our students and families. We will kick off this summer by opening our library and providing opportunities for our school community to connect during the summer months. We will continue BBE Reads throughout the school year with several evening events focused on literacy.
